Picture-In-Picture (PIP) Mode

The PIP mode allows users to multitask on their gadget by allowing them to attend to WhatsApp video call in a minimized format. The new feature has facilitated users to place the floating window according to their needs and requirements. Until now, it wasn’t possible to use the screen without pausing the video call so certainly this feature has opened the door for multitasking while taking a video call. Indeed, it a useful feature that is going to make your life easier.

Moreover, PIP mode has a new icon that alerts you when on a video call. Once you click on the icon, a picture in picture mode will start on a new window.

Private Replies in The Group

Private replies in the group are the most required and demanded features that almost user wanted to have. This feature lets you reply privately to a single member of the same group you are in. In short, now you can message to anyone in the group without letting other group members know about it. Isn’t it cool? So far, the feature can be seen only in the WhatsApp Web version.

In order to take advantage of the feature, all you need to do is, just click on the small arrow that is available at the top-right of the same message and then select ‘’Reply Privately’ option. Now, your reply will be visible only to the person you wish to share with.

Tap to Unblock

It is a super cool feature that lets you unblock any blocked user by just one tap of your finger. It works exactly same as its name suggests. In fact, you can long press the contact to send a text message. Isn’t it amazing?

Send Invite Via Link

iOS users have enjoyed this feature for some while now, but now Android users will also get to avail a similar one. With the help of Send invite via link feature, group admin can easily invite any user to the group by just sending them a link.

Shake to Report

It is a beneficial feature that lets you open Contact Us section of the app just by shaking the phone when you need to report the inconvenience.
