So you’ve decided to purchase a smart TV, but you’re experiencing some connection issues. Let’s take a look at some common troubleshooting steps you can take:

How to Watch TV without Internet
If you can’t get your smart TV to connect to your home’s internet or don’t have the ability to connect the device to your network, don’t worry; you can still manage to watch your favorite shows in a variety of ways.
Setting Up Apple TV
To connect your Apple TV streaming device to your TV:
- Connect your Apple TV to the TV using an HDMI cable, and plug the device into the nearest power outlet. Turn on your TV and select the appropriate HDMI input for the device. There will be a series of on-screen instructions you will need to follow to configure the device’s internet connection and other settings.Sign in to your Apple account.
Stream from Mobile Devices
The Google Chromecast is a unique device that you can use to stream content directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop to your TV. Simply plug it into your TV, download the Google Home app on your mobile device, and follow the instructions there to set up your device. If you own an Apple device, you may be able to use your phone’s Airplay feature to connect to your smart TV. However, this feature will only be available with AirPlay2-compatible smart TVs or Apple TVs.
