After Microsoft gave us a taste of what the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition would bring, there is still one question that has yet to be answered: when will the tech company roll it out?

Since Build, Microsoft hasn’t offered too many details about its launch date, going as far as saying “this summer” every time the topic was brought up. This summer could theoretically mean anytime from June to August. However, Microsoft gave away some clues about the launch date when they presented some new Cortana features, according to WinBeta.

One of these features will be the the ability to set reminders via a digital pen. When Microsoft talked about Cortana’s new features, it said:

Even if the Redmond giant is indeed planning to roll out the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition in July, there are many unexpected events that could delay its launch. Don’t forget: Microsoft is not the shining beacon of punctuality, with the launch of Windows 10 as one such example.

Cortana is also the best digital assistant at reminders, letting you set them in more ways including by pen, and [coming in July 2016] pulling reminder-relevant info from emails so you have the details at hand. And you can instantly capture your ideas by voice just by telling Cortana to take a note.

Other than this leak from the Windows 10 features roadmap site, there is one more solid lead pointing to this idea. Considering Microsoft is ending the free upgrade promo on July 29, launching a brand new update offering a plethora of new features in July could persuade many users to install Windows 10.

As you all know, the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition is still work in progress for Microsoft. In the case something unexpected appears, such as a major software malfunction, the launch date could be delayed to the fall instead.
