We have an excellent piece of news for all Forza Motorsport 7 fans out there. The Windows 10 version 1709 fixes the annoying stuttering issues affecting the game.
As a quick reminder, the Windows 10 Creators Update’s gaming performance leaves a lot to be desired. Gamers have been complaining about various game bugs ever since Microsoft rolled out this version.
The most annoying issues include huge FPS drops, stuttering and game freezes. Fortunately, the Fall Creators Update should fix all these issues, so hurry up and install it as soon as it’s available.
Fix Forza Motorsport 7 stuttering
All you need to do is head to Settings > Windows Update > and hit the Check for Updates button. Your PC will automatically download and install the latest OS version available.
The Fall Creators Update fixes most gaming performance issues including stuttering. However, it’s worth mentioning that it won’t fix Forza Motorsport 7’s memory leak issues.

Word of warning
I sadly do not think the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update will fix anything, in regards to Forza 7. Some of the bad optimization, and possibly the memory leaks, will remain, even if one’s computer is updated to the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. It’s going to take a major patch for Forza 7 to work properly on Windows 10.
Before you install Windows 10 version 1709, keep in mind that the first wave of updates usually causes quite a few issues.
Perhaps the best way to proceed is to actually wait for a few days and only then install this OS version to fix FM7 stuttering and enjoy the latest features.
