Besides releasing a new build for Windows 10 Mobile Insiders on the Fast Ring today, Microsoft also pushed the previous release to users on the Slow Ring. Build 14367, which was released last week for both Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile, included various bug fixes. Now, all users of the Insider program can install it.
Head of the Insider program, Dona Sarkar informed all Windows Insiders that build 14367 in now available on the Slow ring via Twitter.
This is actually a bit unusual as a build usually takes a little longer since it becomes available to Insiders on the Slow Ring. But it looks like Microsoft’s development team isn’t wasting any time with the latest builds for both Windows 10 Preview and Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview, with four releases in past two weeks.
…and that’s not all! We released build 14367 for Mobile to the Slow ring as well just now https://t.co/c59RCfiVPd#WindowsInsiders

The build is currently only available to Windows 10 Mobile Insiders on the Slow Ring, as Microsoft has yet to release it to users of Windows 10 Preview PCs. We don’t know when the build will arrive for PC users on the Slow Ring but if Microsoft keeps pace, we won’t have to wait for too long.
If you still haven’t receive build 14367 on your Windows 10 Mobile Preview device on the Slow ring, go to Update & security > Phone update > Check for updates.
