Gone are the days of lugging around heavy DSLR camera when you are on vacations. Most tourists prefer to use a smartphone to capture photos and record videos as cameras in high-end smartphones like iPhone can capture great quality photos and videos.

If you have been using an iPhone to record videos, you will know that a minute video can run into hundreds of MBs. For instance, one minute of 4K at 30 fps video will approximately consume 170 MB of space. Ten videos will easily take anywhere between 1500 MB to 2000 MB.

For iPhone users who often record high-quality videos, transferring videos to Windows 10 PC makes sense as you can delete those videos from iPhone after transferring them to your Windows 10 PC to free up space on your iPhone.

The good thing is that you don’t need to connect your iPhone to Windows 10 PC with a cable or install iTunes to transfer videos from iPhone to Windows 10 PC.

You can now wirelessly transfer videos from iPhone to Windows 10 PC. All you need to do is install a free app called Photos Companion by Microsoft on your iPhone.

In addition to videos, you can also wirelessly transfer photos from iPhone to Windows 10 PC using the same Photos Companion app.
