I just updated to Windows 10 October 2018 Update (1809), and I can’t set my main monitor to 144 Hz. It is connected via DisplayPort, and I have no problem setting the refresh rate in my other monitors. Also, if I set the refresh rate to 120 Hz or 60 Hz on my main monitor, it will go down to 59 or 119 Hz. I have clean-installed the latest graphics drivers (NVIDIA 411.70) to no help.
